Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DFIVE TECH's services, website, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in DFIVE TECH programs is subject to the following conditions:

• You must submit a complete application and receive an acceptance notification before enrolling.
• Payment of applicable fees must be completed according to the selected payment plan before or by the cohort start date.
• DFIVE TECH reserves the right to reject or cancel applications at its discretion.
• Cohort sizes are limited. A confirmed spot is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. Payment terms:

• Full payment or first installment is due before the cohort start date.
• Full refund: If you withdraw at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
• 50% refund: If you withdraw within 14 days of the cohort start date but before the first class.
• No refund: After the first class session has taken place.
• Installment plans must be completed on schedule. Failure to pay may result in suspension from the program.

4. Student Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assigned projects on time.
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct with instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
• Do not share course materials, recordings, or proprietary content outside the program without written permission.
• Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or submitting others' work as your own, may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum content, and resources provided by DFIVE TECH are our intellectual property. Students retain full ownership of the projects and code they create during the program. DFIVE TECH may showcase student projects (with permission) for marketing purposes.

6. No Employment Guarantee

DFIVE TECH provides career support including resume reviews, interview coaching, and job placement assistance. However, we do not guarantee employment or specific salary outcomes. Career results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

DFIVE TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific program in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes via email.
